Salt-assisted acid hydrolysis of starch to D-glucose under microwave irradiation.
TL;DR: It was found that some inorganic salts can effectively accelerate the acid hydrolysis of starch in a microwave field and the yield of D-glucose reached 111 wt% (equal to the theoretical yield).

TL;DR: In this article , the 3 % mol Au decorated In-doped SnO2 PNTs had high response to ethanol (Ra/Rg = 316.8-100 ppm) and can detect ethanol down to 50 ppb at a low working temperature of 150 °C.
