TL;DR: In this article, a low-temperature force sensor performance verification device is presented, which consists of a fixation frame and a monitoring unit, where a hydraulic actuator is fixedly arranged on the inner side surface of the top of the fixation frame; an output shaft at the bottom of the hydraulic actuators is connected to a standard force sensor; the bottom sensor is connected with a loading plate; and a low temperature storage box with an opening on the top is arranged below the loading plate.
