The invention provides coating slurry, a coating diaphragm and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the technical field of a battery diaphragm. The coating slurry is formed on a base membraneto obtain the coating diaphragm. The coating diaphragm comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2.5 to 3.2 parts of polyvinylidene fluoride, 11 to 13 parts of polymethyl methacrylate, 0.7 to 1.2 parts of dispersing agent, 0.8 to 1.2 parts of thickening agent, 0.3 to 0.6 part of defoaming agent, 1.8 to 2.3 parts of adhesive and 17 to 20 parts of water. The coating diaphragm has good adhesion effect.

The invention provides a high breathable polymer coated diaphragm as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, soaking one side of a base membrane in wetting liquid for pre-wetting and coating the other side of the base membrane with casting film liquid; secondly, soaking by using a modified coagulation bath to extract a solvent in the coating membrane and enabling the coating layer surface of an initial membrane to form uniform cavernous holes; soaking, washing and drying for removing water to obtain the high breathable polymer coated diaphragm. The polymer coated diaphragm prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention has the advantages of high porosity, uniform hole distribution on the surface of the coating and capability of significantly improving the comprehensive performance of a lithium-ion battery separator.

The invention discloses a preparation method and an application of a heat-responsive membrane. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: mixing a monomer containing siloxane and an initiator into a solution, coating the surface of the porous membrane, and drying to obtain a membrane capable of heat-responsive membrane. The heat-responsive separator provided by the invention may release a large amount of heat under the conditions of overcharge, overload, impact and extrusion of the battery, etc. When the temperature inside the battery rises, polymerization of siloxane monomer istriggered to cross-link and solidify so as to form an insulation layer, thereby effectively preventing thermal runaway of the battery separator and improving the safety of the lithium ion battery.

The invention relates to modified polyolefin elastomer stretchable gel and application thereof. The modified polyolefin elastomer stretchable gel is mainly prepared by the following steps: firstly preparing an polyolefin elastomer into a polyolefin elastomer porous membrane; and then performing grafting and crosslinking to the polyolefin elastomer porous membrane by using acrylic acid or methacrylic acid and a cross-linking agent to obtain grafted and crosslinked polyolefin elastomer stretchable gel; and finally soaking the obtained grafted and crosslinked polyolefin elastomer stretchable gel in an aqueous solution of an alkali metal hydroxide. The modified polyolefin elastomer stretchable gel provided by the invention not only has excellent alkaline resistance property, but also has excellent mechanical properties and conductivity and can be used for preparing a flexible stretchable energy storage device (especially can be combined with an electrode material with high faradaic pseudocapacitance to form a stretchable supercapacitor with high energy density.
