Comprehensive Analysis and Comparison on the Codon Usage Pattern of Whole Mycobacterium tuberculosis Coding Genome from Different Area.
TL;DR: The results show that codon usage bias existing in the Mycobacterium tuberculosis genomes could be used for further study on their evolutionary phenomenon.
Codon usage characteristics of PB2 gene in influenza A H7N9 virus from different host species.
TL;DR: There is a low codon usage bias in the PB2 gene, which could lay a foundation for other further study on the evolution of H7N9, and their potential applications are discussed.

Componential usage patterns in dengue 4 viruses reveal their better evolutionary adaptation to humans
TL;DR: In this paper , the evolutionary characteristics of dengue 4 viruses were studied based on their base usage patterns and codon usage patterns, which indicated that both mutation pressure and natural selection pressure contributed to the co-occurrence pattern of Dengue4 viruses more obvious than to other subtypes of viruses.

- 01 Jan 2017
TL;DR: Results showed that codon usage bias in the chloroplast genome from Panax ginseng is weak, and the relative results could lay a foundation for other further study on the medicinal plant Panaxginseng.
Bioinformatics Tools Stuty on the Sequence and Structure Characteristics of Urinary Prokallikrein
TL;DR: The chemical and physical properties such as the molecular weight, the isoelectric point and the hydrophobicity, etc, of urinary prokallikrein are predicted via ProtParam tool and phosphorylation sites and the protein-protein interaction are respectively studied by the netphos tool and the STRING system.
