TL;DR: Results suggest that platelets may be involved in the pathogenesis of allergen‐induced asthmatic reactions, and are associated with bronchoconstriction induced by methacholine.

Pulmonary safety of inhaled insulins: a review of the current data

Effect of atropine on the bronchial response of asthmatic subjects to the inhalation of ultrasonically nebulized distilled water
TL;DR: A protective effect of atropine is observed against the bronchoconstriction that develops in asthmatic subjects after inhalation of ultrasonically nebulized distilled water, suggesting that cholinergic pathways are involved in the obstructive response to the inhalated water.
