MicroRNA-302 increases reprogramming efficiency via repression of NR2F2
Shijun Hu,Shijun Hu,Kitchener D. Wilson,Zhumur Ghosh,Leng Han,Leng Han,Yongming Wang,Yongming Wang,Feng Lan,Feng Lan,Katherine J. Ransohoff,Katherine J. Ransohoff,Paul W. Burridge,Paul W. Burridge,Joseph C. Wu,Joseph C. Wu +15 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that miR‐302 inhibits NR2F2 and promotes pluripotency through indirect positive regulation of OCT4, which represents an important new mechanism for understanding and inducing pluripOTency in somatic cells.
MEK Inhibition Remodels the Immune Landscape of Mutant KRAS Tumors to Overcome Resistance to PARP and Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors
Bin Yang,Xi Li,Yu Fu,Ensong Guo,Youqiong Ye,Fuxia Li,Si Liu,Rourou Xiao,Chen Liu,Funian Lu,Jia Huang,Tianyu Qin,Leng Han,Guang Peng,Gordon B. Mills,Gordon B. Mills,Chaoyang Sun,Gang Chen +17 more
TL;DR: In this paper, MeK inhibitors (MEKi) were combined with PARPi and anti-PD-L1 antibodies for the treatment of mutant KRAS tumor models, and the results showed that MEKi decreased myeloid-derived suppressor cell infiltration in part by inhibiting IL6 and GMCSF production.
Myeloid loss of Beclin 1 promotes PD-L1hi precursor B cell lymphoma development
Peng Tan,Peng Tan,Lian He,Changsheng Xing,Jingrong Mao,Jingrong Mao,Xiao Yu,Motao Zhu,Lixia Diao,Leng Han,Yubin Zhou,James M. You,Helen Yicheng Wang,Rongfu Wang +13 more
TL;DR: It is reported that myeloid-deficient Becn1 (Becn1ΔM) mice develop neutrophilia and hypersusceptible to LPS-induced septic shock, with a high risk of developing spontaneous precursor (pre)-B cell lymphoma with elevated expressions of immunosuppressive molecules PD-L1 and IL-10.
miR-195-3p/BDNF axis regulates hypoxic injury by targeting P-ERK1/2 expression
Wenjing Zhang,Bin Liu,Yanfu Wang,Lixian Sun PHD,Chao Liu,Haoran Zhang,Weidong Qin,Jing-Yao Liu,Leng Han,Weichao Shan +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the expression and role of microRNA-195-3p and brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) in hypoxic-treated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs) were determined.
Effective combinatorial immunotherapy for penile squamous cell carcinoma.
Tianhe Huang,Tianhe Huang,Tianhe Huang,Xi Cheng,Xi Cheng,Xi Cheng,Jad Chahoud,Ahmed Sarhan,Pheroze Tamboli,Priya Rao,Ming Guo,Ganiraju C. Manyam,Li Zhang,Yu Xiang,Leng Han,Xiaoying Shang,Pingna Deng,Yanting Luo,Xuemin Lu,Shan Feng,Magaly Martinez Ferrer,Y. Alan Wang,Ronald A. DePinho,Curtis A. Pettaway,Xin Lu,Xin Lu +25 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a genetically engineered mouse model of penile squamous cell carcinoma (PSCC) was described by co-deletion of Smad4 and Apc in the androgen-responsive epithelium of the penis.
