The invention discloses flame-retardant viscose fiber and a preparation method thereof. The flame-retardant viscose fiber mainly comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 20 to 55 percent of polysilicic acid (based on SiO2), 0.5 to 10 percent of pyrophosphoric acid ester and 40 to 70 percent of cellulose. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: (1) adding a solution of sodium metasilicate and a solution of pyrophosphoric acid ester into a yellowed cellulose viscose solution respectively, and uniformly mixing the sodium metasilicate, the pyrophosphoric acid ester and cellulose viscose to obtain a flame-retardant spinning viscose solution; (2) performing spinning molding on the flame-retardant spinning viscose solution in coagulating bath containing sulfuric acid, zinc sulfate and sodium sulfate to obtain as-spun fiber; and (3) after-treating the as-spun fiber, namely washing, desulfurizing, applying oil and drying to obtain the flame-retardant viscose fiber. The synergistic effect of silicon and phosphorus flame retardants greatly improves the flame-retardant effect and high temperature resistance of flame-retardant fiber and the textile processing performance of fabrics.

The invention discloses a preparation method of wood fiber bio-based plastic. The preparation method comprises the steps: firstly, carrying out drying and crushing pretreatment on a wood fiber biomass; then, carrying out ball milling pretreatment; next, mixing the ball milled wood fiber raw material and an ionic liquid/dimethyl sulfoxide or quaternary ammonium salt/dimethyl sulfoxide solution; then, placing the mixture into a kneading machine for kneading; recovering dimethyl sulfoxide in the kneading process, and obtaining the wood fiber bio-based plastic after the kneading is ended. The method is wide in raw material source, low in raw material cost and high in resource utilization ratio; a three-dimensional meshy structure of lignin is damaged through ball milling in advance, so that the attainability of a reagent is greatly increased, and a great number of highly-corrosive reagents and solvents are avoided; the quaternary ammonium salt or ionic liquid can be penetrated among molecular chains of cellulose by means of the powerful shearing force of the kneading machine, little ionic liquid is used, and the wood fiber bio-based plastic can be extruded to be granulated and also be subjected to injection molding; the preparation method is environment-friendly, simple in process and easy to operate.

The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an antiseptic solution from the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt, deionized water and sodium hydroxide; (2) preparing alkali cellulose from cellulose pulp, yellowing the alkali cellulose and dissolving the yellowed alkali cellulose in a sodium hydroxide solution of the silicon dioxide, wherein the solid content of spinning viscose containing silicon dioxide is 9.5wt%-11.5wt%; (3) adding the antiseptic solution into the viscose solution containing silicon dioxide in any step from yellowing to spinning to prepare a blended viscose solution, wherein the weight of the chitosan quaternary ammonium salt in the added antiseptic solution accounts for 0.5%-10% of that of the solid in the viscose solution; and (4) performing spinning forming and after-treating on the blended viscose solution to obtain the functional composite fiber. The functional composite fiber prepared by the method has both flame retardant and antibacterial properties.

The viscose fiber can be widely used for the manufacturing of non-woven fabrics and so on.
