d-lactate modulates M2 tumor-associated macrophages and remodels immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment for hepatocellular carcinoma
Shulan Han,Xueying Bao,Yifang Zou,Lingzhi Wang,Yutong Li,Leilei Yang,Anqi Liao,Xin Jiang,Di Liang,Yun Dai,Qing-Chuan Zheng,Zhuo Yu,Jianfeng Guo +12 more
TL;DR: In this article , the potential of DL for transformation of TAMs from M2 to M1 phenotype demonstrates great potential for remodeling the immunosuppressive tumor microenvironment (TME) of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC).

A chlorogenic acid-loaded hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel facilitates anti-inflammatory and pro-healing effects for diabetic wounds
Liu Song,Hao Yang,Diemian Liang,Dinh-Toi Chu,Leilei Yang,Meng Li,Bo Yang,Ying Shi,Zheng Chen,Zhuo Yu,Jianfeng Guo +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel (HA) was used in vivo for local administration of CGA to the full-thickness wounds of diabetic mice, which significantly improved the healing effects relative to a commercial wound dressing (INTRASITE Gel), which was accompanied with the reduction of inflammation, enhancement of re-epithelialization and angiogenesis, and maturation of collagen remodeling.

A tetramethylpyrazine-loaded hyaluronic acid-based hydrogel modulates macrophage polarization for promoting wound recovery in diabetic mice.
Dinh-Toi Chu,Jun-Jun Chen,Xing-Hua Liu,Anqi Liao,Xiaohuan Song,Yutong Li,Leilei Yang,Zheng Chen,Zhuo Yu,Jianfeng Guo +9 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper demonstrated the pro-healing effects of tetramethylpyrazine (TMP, a natural alkaloid found in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort) for diabetic wounds.

Nanodelivery of scutellarin induces immunogenic cell death for treating hepatocellular carcinoma.
Lin-Lin Li,Yifang Zou,Lingzhi Wang,Leilei Yang,Yutong Li,Anqi Liao,Zheng Chen,Zhuo Yu,Jianfeng Guo,Shulan Han +9 more
TL;DR: Wang et al. as discussed by the authors confirmed the potential of scutellarin (SCU), a flavonoid found in Erigeron breviscapus, for triggering ICD in HCC cells.

Bacterial magnetic particles improve testes-mediated transgene efficiency in mice.
Chao Wang,Guanghong Sun,Ye Wang,Nana Kong,Chi Yafei,Leilei Yang,Qiliang Xin,Zhen Teng,Xu Wang,Yujun Wen,Li Ying,Guoliang Xia +11 more
TL;DR: Nano-scaled BPDs could be an alternative strategy for efficiently producing transgene mice in vivo and did not produce visible histological changes in the testis in this study.
