Heme oxygenase-1 prevents cardiac dysfunction in streptozotocin-diabetic mice by reducing inflammation, oxidative stress, apoptosis and enhancing autophagy.
Yanli Zhao,Yanli Zhao,Lina Zhang,Yu Qiao,Xiaoling Zhou,Guodong Wu,Lujing Wang,Yahui Peng,Xingli Dong,Hui Huang,Lining Si,Xueying Zhang,Lei Zhang,Jihong Li,Wei Wang,Lingyun Zhou,Xu Gao +16 more
TL;DR: It is determined that systemic overexpression of HO-1 ameliorated left ventricular dysfunction, myofibril structure disarray, oxidative stress, inflammation, apoptosis and autophagy in DCM mice.
The Prognostic Role of SOCS3 and A20 in Human Cholangiocarcinoma.
Yimin Wang,Ming Wan,Qingxin Zhou,Hao Wang,Zhidong Wang,Xiangyu Zhong,Lei Zhang,Sheng Tai,Yunfu Cui +8 more
TL;DR: It is demonstrated that SOCS3 and A20 represent novel prognostic factors for human CCA, and only A20 showed a significant association with the tumor node metastasis (TNM) stage, while SOCS 3 showed asignificant association with tumor differentiation.
Serum CD4 Is Associated with the Infiltration of CD4+T Cells in the Tumor Microenvironment of Gastric Cancer.
TL;DR: Evidence is provided that serum CD4 is associated with the infiltration of CD4+T cells in the tumor microenvironment, which indicates the prognostic value of systemic inflammation in GC.
A phase II trial to assess the efficacy and safety of ropeginterferon α-2b in Chinese patients with polycythemia vera.
TL;DR: In this article , the authors assessed the safety, efficacy and molecular response of ropeginterferon α-2b in Chinese patients with polycythemia vera utilizing the 250-350-500μg dosing schema.
