Droplet and bubble wetting behaviors: The roles of surface wettability and roughness
TL;DR: In this paper , the impact of roughness on the apparent contact angle (ACA) and contact angle hysteresis (CAH) was investigated by varying surface roughness and modifying wettability with silane coupling agent KH-550.

Percolation transitions of spontaneous imbibition in fractional-wet porous media
TL;DR: In this article , a series of water imbibition experiments for fractional-wet artificial porous media with different waterwet proportions, three pore diameters, and two wettability heterogeneities were conducted.

Temporary Confined Water-Induced Landslide in the Binary Structure of a Gentle Slope: A Case Study of the Fanshantou Landslide
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the effect of different rainfall intensities and initial water table levels on confined water under continuous rainfall conditions and conducted a corresponding stability analysis, which provided a theoretical basis for the treatment of landslide on similar gentle slopes in the mountainous areas of southeast China.
