TL;DR: In this article, a method of rice bran oil rich in diacylglycerol was proposed for deep processing and modification of grease, where oleic acid glycerol ester was used as raw materials, influence factors, such as reaction temperature, reaction time, lipase addition, and the like are optimized under vacuum and rotating conditions by adopting a reaction for catalyzing and preparing lipase lipozyme RM IM.
