The invention discloses an in-situ dynamic monitoring device for plant roots under the condition of the soil cultivation, and the in-situ monitoring device is applied to monitor the growth of plant roots. 1-4 transparent exploration pipe is buried in 1-9 soil which is for plants for measurement; 1-6 root growth monitoring host is put into the area for measurement in the 1-4 transparent exploration pipe through 1-2 extended positioning rod; three circumferential positioning rollers by two groups of 1-5 and 1-8 are respectively for the location guide; 1-1 end cover sleeves the 1-4 transparent exploration pipe; 1-3 USB transmission line is connected with a computer. A circuit board in 1-6 root growth monitoring host is driven by a computer software to control a stepper motor of the 1-6 root growth monitoring host, so that the 1-6 root growth monitoring host with 1-7 CIS (contact image sensor) takes a rotary scan in 360 degrees, and required various data for the growth of plant roots are obtained though a professional root analysis software after an image is obtained. The scan monitoring in different depths can be realized by adjusting the distance between the 1-2 extended positioning rod and the 1-1 pipe cover. The invention has the beneficial effects of realizing the nondestructive in-situ measurement; being portable in carrying, easy in operation and fast in measurement.

The analyzing method is convenient to operate, and can precisely and accurately analyze the characteristic parameters and the spatial distribution characters of the roots.
