Study seismic performance of duplex stainless steel under large strain amplitude by cyclic loading test
TL;DR: In this article , the cyclic skeleton curve and the fatigue life equation were established and the hysteretic behavior and cyclic hardening-softening characteristics were discussed, showing that duplex stainless steel S2205 exhibits a nonlinear stress-strain relationship with high yield strength and good ductility.

Cyclic elastoplastic constitutive model for stainless steels compatible with multiple strengths
Fan Shi,Dongsheng Wang,Lei Chen +2 more
TL;DR: In this article , a more accurate constitutive model is proposed to describe the cyclic elastoplastic behavior of stainless steel, which is able to simulate stainless steel of varying strengths and should be easily calibrated for practical engineering purposes.

Hysteretic performance of self-centering buckling-restrained braces with embedded friction spring
TL;DR: In this article , the authors proposed an alternative configuration of an all-steel assembly self-centering buckling-restrained brace (FSBRB) fabricated by combining a bucklingrestrained braced brace and friction spring.

Seismic Uplift Effect at End Spans of Long-Span Rigid-Frame Bridges Subjected to Near-Fault and Far-Fault Ground Motions
TL;DR: In this article , a finite-element model of the Miaoziping Bridge was established considering the initial stress state and the nonlinear characteristics of the girder (e.g., cracking of concrete), and the uplift effect was realized by considering the compressive-only behavior of bearings.
