The multifunctional welding clamp comprises a main supporting base, a compressing mechanism and limiting mechanisms, wherein the compressing mechanism is arranged above the main supporting base and is corresponding to each part of a to-be-welded silencer; the limiting mechanisms are arranged at two ends of the main supporting base and are corresponding to the two ends of the to-be-welded silencer; the compressing mechanism comprises first and second compressing mechanisms and a third exchanging compressing mechanism; the first and second compressing mechanisms are corresponding to a substrate of the to-be-welded silencer; the third exchanging compressing mechanism is corresponding to a catalyst on the to-be-welded silencer; the third exchanging compressing mechanism comprises an exchangeable pressing head and a secondary supporting base; the exchangeable pressing head is directly positioned on the catalyst of the to-be-welded silencer; the secondary supporting base is arranged under the exchangeable pressing head and is used for supporting the catalyst of the to-be-welded silencer; and the exchangeable pressing head is rotated, controlled and connected by a first control handle and is positioned by a piston pump. The multifunctional welding clamp is suitable for the welding of the silencers in different sizes; a welding operation of an operator is convenient; the working efficiency is increased; the working safety coefficient is increased; and the end-product yield of the products is increased.

The cap mounting unit includes: four pressing blades installed in upper, lower, left, and right sides of the cap fixation unit; and a pressing blade driving unit operated to allow the four pressing blades to press the outer circumferential surface of the end cap. The four pressing blades are formed in a shape dividing a shape of the outer circumferential surface of the coupling end of the casing into four pieces and are formed to make the coupling end have a diameter smaller than the initial diameter as much as a reference length while pressing the casing. The bottom surface of the four pressing blades has a casing pressing surface to press the outer surface of the casing and a coupling end pressing surface to press the outer surface of the coupling end, which are stepped as much as the reference length.
