TL;DR: Most of the intestinal nematodes are susceptible to anti-helminthic drugs, with trichuriasis requiring additional rounds of treatment for maximum efficacy, and prevention is through handwashing, sanitary disposal of human excreta, prevention of fecal contamination of topsoil, and improved food hygiene.
