TL;DR: The results indicated that ENST00000598996 and ENst00000524265 may serve as tumor suppressors, potential diagnostic biomarkers and prognostic predictors for patients with BC and a novel landscape of lncRNA and mRNA expression profiles in BC is provided.
Expression and prognostic significance of the MMP family molecules in bladder cancer.
TL;DR: It is revealed that MMP1/2/3/7/9/11/13/23A/23B are possible prognostic biomarkers and clinical therapeutic targets for patients with BC.

TL;DR: High‐throughput RNA sequencing was conducted to identify circRNA and mRNA profiles in five pairs of bladder cancer tissues and adjacent noncancerous tissues to identify these dysregulated circRNAs, which might act as tumor suppressors in the bladder cancer progression and serve as a potential biomarker for the diagnosis, prognosis, and therapy of bladdercancer.
