For correlation purposes, several complexes with sulfur ligands have already been described in the “Manganese” D series, e.g., complexes with thiosemicarbazones, thiocarbazates, or thiocarbazones in “Manganese” D 6, 1988, pp. 337, 360, and 365, respectively. Remarks at the beginning of most of the sections in the present volume show where additional complexes with similar sulfur-containing ligands are to be found in volumes D 1 to D 6.

Complexes with Ligands Containing Sulfur

pH-Metric studies of the Coordination complexes of sulphadiazene with Cd(II), Co(II), Cu(II), Mn(II), Ni(II) and Pb(II) have been made. The acid dissociation constant of sulphadiazene and the stability constants of the chelates have been determined. The thermodynamic parameters of the complexes have been calculated.
