TL;DR: In this article, the authors measured the outcomes of cardiac rehabilitation in a home-care model. But uptake and adherence to CR programs were measured, as well as change in health outcomes including functional capacity (6 minute walk test (6MWT)), anthropometric, blood lipid profile and emotional state.
