TL;DR: In this article, a composition containing codonopsis lanceolata extract was used for a new purpose, which is capable of promoting the growth of beneficial intestinal bacteria, suppressing the spread of harmful viruses, increasing the content of monoenoic fatty acid, and improving intestinal bacterial flora.
