TL;DR: In this paper , the Dilating Disk control valves were installed in a refinery to monitor their performance from a process control and fugitive emissions standpoint, using a patented stem sealing system, the stem seal is capable of reducing fugitive emissions from the valve stem down to 0 ppm.
