Self-harm and suicidal behaviours among pregnant adolescent girls and young women could be doubly compounded in sub-Saharan Africa: A call for further research
TL;DR: A recent systematic review by Mutahi et al. as mentioned in this paper found that depression was the most frequently reported mental health problem, while mental health care for pregnant adolescent girls and young women (PAGYW) were characterized by poor health-care worker attitudes, lack of confidentiality, and lack of tailored services.

TL;DR: The findings are useful in guiding the design of interventions programmes in Ghana against HIV/AIDS-related stigma and discrimination and should incorporate traditional authority figures and the creation of employment opportunities which could serve as a long term solution to the spread of the disease.

Clustering of multiple health risk factors among a sample of adolescents in Liberia: a latent class analysis
TL;DR: In this article, the authors identify clustering patterns of health risk factors (i.e. smoking tobacco, inadequate fruit intake, inadequate vegetable intake, physical inactivity, sedentary behaviour, anxiety and depression) and association with sociodemographic factors among school-going adolescents in Liberia.
