TL;DR: This protocol describes how to use GNPS to explore uploaded metabolomics data, and provides step-by-step instructions for creating reproducible, high-quality molecular networks.

TL;DR: The Global Natural Products Social (GNPS) Molecular Networking as discussed by the authors is an interactive online chemistry-focused mass spectrometry data curation and analysis infrastructure, which can be used to provide as much chemical insight for an untargeted tandem mass spectromeetry data set as possible and connect this chemical insight to the underlying biological questions a user wishers to address.
Multifactor Quality and Safety Analysis of Antimicrobial Drugs Sold by Online Pharmacies That Do Not Require a Prescription: Multiphase Observational, Content Analysis, and Product Evaluation Study
Tim K. Mackey,Alan K. Jarmusch,Qing Xu,Kunyang Sun,Aileen Lu,Shaden Aguirre,Jessica Lim,Simran Bhakta,Pieter C. Dorrestein +8 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors conducted a multifactor quality and safety analysis of antibiotics sold and purchased via online pharmacies that did not require a prescription, and found evidence of possible safety risks, including substandard packaging and shipment, falsification of product information and markings, detection of undeclared chemicals, high variability of quality across samples, and payment for orders being defrauded.

LIMO: Latent Inceptionism for Targeted Molecule Generation
P. Eckmann,Kunyang Sun,Bo Zhao,Mudong Feng,Michael K. Gilson,Rose Yu +5 more
- 17 Jun 2022
TL;DR: Latent Inceptionism on Molecules (LIMO) is presented, which significantly accelerates molecule generation with an inceptionism-like technique, and performs competitively on benchmark tasks and markedly outperforms state-of-the-art techniques on the novel task of generating drug-like compounds with high binding affinity.
