TL;DR: Two different method of measuring cross talk on shutter glasses stereo displays based on time average luminance measurements and the other on temporal measurements show that crosstalk is roughly 0.5% but that there are differences in the crosStalk between the two eyes in the shutter glasses.

Data Plane and Control Architectures for 5G Transport Networks
Peter Öhlén,Bjorn Skubic,Ahmad Rostami,Matteo Fiorani,Paolo Monti,Zere Ghebretensae,Jonas Martensson,Kun Wang,Lena Wosinska +8 more
TL;DR: The main challenges, which the 5G transport networks are facing are outlined and more detail data plane, control architectures, and the tradeoff between different network abstraction models are discussed.

Perspectives of Radio over Fiber Technologies
A.M.J. Koonen,M. Garcia Larrode,Anthony Ng'oma,Kun Wang,Hejie Yang,Y. Zheng,Eduward Tangdiongga +6 more
- 24 Feb 2008
TL;DR: In this article, the authors proposed a radio-over-fiber (RoF) protocol for broadband wireless services both in access and in in-building networks, in particular when combined with flexible optical routing and dispersion-robust RoF transport techniques, such as optical frequency multiplying.

Orchestration of RAN and Transport Networks for 5G: An SDN Approach
Ahmad Rostami,Peter Öhlén,Kun Wang,Zere Ghebretensae,Bjorn Skubic,Mateus A. S. Santos,Allan Vidal +6 more
TL;DR: This article presents an overview of the benefits and technical requirements of resource coordination across radio and transport networks in the context of 5G, and introduces two use cases of SDN-based transport and RAN orchestration.

Perceived 3D TV Transmission Quality Assessment: Multi-Laboratory Results Using Absolute Category Rating on Quality of Experience Scale
TL;DR: This work investigated users' experience of stereoscopic 3D video quality by preparing two subjective assessment datasets and verified that MVC is more efficient than H.264 simulcast coding and spatial down-sampling may lead to better bitrate efficiency while temporal down- sampling is not acceptable.
