The present invention relates to a method for treating a pyrolysis gasoline C5+ containing monoolefinic, diolefinic and sulfur hydrocarbons, comprising at least, and in any order: a) a step of hydrotreating the pyrolysis gasoline or a hydrocarbon fraction C6+ originating from the pyrolysis gasoline, in the presence of hydrogen and at least one hydrotreatment catalyst at a temperature ranging between 220 and 380° C. so as to produce a hydrotreated effluent; b) a step of separating the pyrolysis gasoline or the hydrotreated effluent originating from step a) when said step is completed before step b), into a separation column for separating into a top hydrocarbon fraction C5− and a bottom hydrocarbon fraction C6+, said separation column comprising a reboiling section including two heat exchangers, at least one of the two exchangers being configured to perform a heat exchange with a portion of the bottom fraction that is recycled in the column via the reboiling section. According to the invention, one of the two heat exchangers of the reboiling section is supplied with at least one portion of the hydrotreated effluent so as to supply part of the heat required to operate the reboiling section.

The catalytic reforming energy-saving system comprises a high-pressure absorption tank, a reformed oil stabilizing tower and a first heat exchanger, wherein the high-pressure absorption tank is communicated with a base solution output pipe; the base solution output pipe is communicated with the feed port of a reformate stabilizing tower; the reformate stabilizing tower is communicatedwith a base oil output pipe; the base oil output pipe serves as a heat source pipeline; and the base solution output pipe serves as a cold source pipeline and is connected with the first heat exchanger. The catalytic reforming energy-saving method comprises a step of performing heat exchange on a base solution generated by the high-pressure absorption tank with base oil generated by the reformatestabilizing tower as a heat source. The catalytic reforming reaction system comprises the catalytic reforming energy-saving system. According to the catalytic reforming energy-saving system, the catalytic reforming energy-saving method and the catalytic reforming reaction system, system load can be reduced, system energy consumption is reduced, and resource conservation is achieved.

La presente invention concerne un procede de traitement d'une essence de pyrolyse C5+ contenant des hydrocarbures mono-olefiniques, diolefiniques et soufres, comprenant au moins et dans un ordre indifferent : a) une etape ou l'on hydrotraite l'essence de pyrolyse ou une coupe hydrocarbures C6+ issue l'essence de pyrolyse, en presence d'hydrogene et au moins un catalyseur d'hydrotraitement a une temperature comprise entre 220 et 380°C de maniere a produire un effluent hydrotraite; b) une etape ou l'on separe, l'essence de pyrolyse ou l'effluent hydrotraite issue de l'etape a) lorsque cette derniere est realisee avant l'etape b), dans une colonne de separation en une coupe hydrocarbures de tete C5- et une coupe hydrocarbures de fond C6+, ladite colonne de separation comportant une section de rebouillage incluant deux echangeurs de chaleur, au moins l'un des deux echangeurs etant configure pour realiser un echange de chaleur avec une partie de la coupe de fond qui est recyclee dans la colonne via la section de rebouillage. Selon L'invention, on alimente l'un des deux echangeurs de chaleur de la section de rebouillage avec au moins une partie de l'effluent hydrotraite de maniere a fournir une partie de la chaleur necessaire au fonctionnement de la section de rebouillage.
