Geographic object flow is the reason behind the relationship of geographic units. There are interactions in the process of dynamic change of a geographic object flow, and its regularity, which can reflect the relationship or pattern of geographic units in a region. In this paper, an association rule mining method for the geographic object flow linkage process is studied from a geoeconomics perspective. Additionally, an association rule mining algorithm with hierarchical constraints is proposed. Data segmentation is performed according to the time series characteristics of geographic object flow data. The basic attributes for the association rule mining are determined based on the basic parameters of geographic object flows, and a database for the association rule mining is formed according to the characteristics of the hierarchical structure of the geographic object flows. Based on the obtained data, the association rule mining algorithm with hierarchical constraints obtained using a parent–child matrix is improved by adding the Apriori algorithm. With the Indo-Pacific region as an example, the trade flow association rules for 25 countries in the region from 2010 to 2021 are selected. In addition, a mathematical statistical analysis of the strongly associated mined trade flows and geoeconomic factors is conducted in terms of both a basic feature analysis of trade flow associations and a country-oriented trade flow association analysis by considering domain knowledge. The effectiveness of the method has been evaluated from various perspectives such as correlation analysis, mathematical statistics, and comparison with the findings of existing studies and proved the validity of the method.

A Correlation Analysis Method for Geographical Object Flows from a Geoeconomic Perspective

Data mining research is a vast field; several researchers have done in depth research on mining of frequent patterns in transaction databases, time-series databases, and many other kinds of databases. As a matter of fact, candidate set generationand-test methodology in most of the previous researches is found to be similar to Apriority. However, this can be a costly affair especially when long patterns exist. In this study, efficiency of mining is achieved with a new technique where a large database is compressed into a highly condensed, much smaller data structure, which helps in avoiding costly reruns. Our performance study shows that the new algorithm is efficient and scalable for mining both long and short frequent patterns, and also a bit faster than Apriority and some of the new found frequent pattern mining methods.

A Comparative Analysis of Frequent Pattern Mining Algorithms

This paper briefly introduces the data mining technology, and in detail analyzes association rule mining algorithm and the application of computer optional course in higher education, which includes four steps: data preparation and selection, data preprocessing, selection of the mining algorithm and the implementation, description of the mining results, acquires some useful rules information and obtains certain good application results, these information can assist related departments to allocate teaching resources reasonably and make corresponding decisions.

The packaging and shifting services facility will help users to shift valuable things safely to destinations. To implement, and testing of the proposed system, this application interface has been developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, PHP, and MySQL database server that allows for making web pages interactive and responsive. This system was developed in such a manner so that it can provide a maximum user-friendly interface, and users can use it more efficiently.
