Adverse Prognostic Impact of GAS6 Expression in De Novo Cytogenetically Normal Acute Myeloid Leukemia (CN-AML) (CALGB 8461, 9665, 20202; Alliance)
Susan P. Whitman,Jessica Kohlschmidt,Kati Maharry,Deedra Nicolet,Sebastian Schwind,Heiko Becker,Klaus H. Metzeler,Krzysztof Mrózek,Jason H. Mendler,Ann-Kathrin Eisfeld,Stefano Volinia,Bayard L. Powell,Thomas H. Carter,Jonathan E. Kolitz,Richard Stone,Il-Kyoo Park,Michael A. Caligiuri,Guido Marcucci,Clara D. Bloomfield +18 more
TL;DR: It is shown for the 1st time that GAS6 expression is an independent prognostic marker in CN-AML; negatively impacting on CR attainment, independent of TAM RTKs and on survival endpoints in pts lacking TYRO3 and AXL expression, regardless of MERTK expression.

Ossenkoppele,Hartmut Dohner,Lars Bullinger +34 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors analyzed changes in outcome of AML patients treated between 1997-2016 prior to the approval of novel drugs, in order to better understand important factors contributing to patient outcome that might also contribute to the efficacy novel treatment approaches.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used 29 gene expression markers (PS29MRC) to predict resistant disease at initial diagnosis of acute myeloid leukemia (AML) with high accuracy.

TL;DR: In this article , a longitudinal single-cell multi-omic analyses of circulating tumor cells (CTC) and non-malignant cells to decipher clonal heterogeneity and tiding upon response and resistance to daratumumab (Dara)-based therapies in MM and plasma cell leukemia (PCL).
