Integrated GaN photonic circuits on silicon (100) for second harmonic generation
Chi Xiong,Wolfram H. P. Pernice,Kevin Ryu,Carsten Schuck,King Y. Fong,Tomas Palacios,Hong X. Tang +6 more
TL;DR: GaN has a wideband transparency window covering ultraviolet, visible and infrared wavelengths, and its platform provides a viable route for the on-chip generation of optical wavelengths in both the far infrared and near-UV through a combination of χ2 enabled sum-/difference-frequency processes.

Bias-Stress Effect in Pentacene Organic Thin-Film Transistors
TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of bias stress in integrated pentacene organic transistors are studied and modeled for different stress conditions, and it is found that the effects can be expressed in terms of the shift in applied gate voltage?V for a given current.
Wafer-Level Heterogeneous Integration of GaN HEMTs and Si (100) MOSFETs
TL;DR: In this article, the authors demonstrate a new technology for the heterogeneous integration of GaN and Si devices, which is scalable at least up to 4-in wafers and compatible with conventional Si fabrication.

Mixed-Signal Organic Integrated Circuits in a Fully Photolithographic Dual Threshold Voltage Technology
TL;DR: In this paper, the analog and digital circuits implemented in a dual threshold voltage p-channel organic technology are presented, which is compatible with large area and mechanically flexible substrates due to its low processing temperature (≤ 95°C) and scalable patterning techniques.

Dual Threshold Voltage Organic Thin-Film Transistor Technology
TL;DR: In this article, a photolithographic dual threshold voltage (VT) organic thin-film transistor (OTFT) process suitable for flexible large-area integrated circuits is presented, where two gate metals of low (aluminum) and high (platinum) work function are enabled by using two VT's.
