Cigarette smoke as a noxious stimulus in self-managed aversion therapy for compulsive eating: Technique and case illustration
TL;DR: In this article, a procedure which uses the inhalation of cigarette smoke as an aversive stimulus is described and illustrated in the successful treatment of an obese compulsive eater using a multiple baseline design, three problematic foods were sequentially eliminated by a self-managed aversion, procedure in which cigarette smoke served as a noxious stimulus.
