Transpulmonary pharmacokinetics of an ACE inhibitor (perindoprilat) in man.
TL;DR: Despite the suggested high concentration of tissue ACE activity in the pulmonary circulation, transpulmonary passage of perindoprilat was not measurably influenced by binding at this site under the conditions studied.

TL;DR: This study focused on the use of 3D image analysis to characterize the response of the central nervous system to treatment-triggered Stroke.
2
Developments in acute stroke care.
TL;DR: A nihilistic approach to stroke has resulted in a low rate of referral/admission afteracutestroke, a delay in transportation to hospital for those who are admitted, and minimal investigation after admission.
2
Immunosuppressive treatment in stroke and renal failure.
TL;DR: Two patients with malignant melanoma receiving immunotherapy, who developed de novo acute arthritis resembling ankylosing spondylitis and psoriatic arthropathy, respectively, are reported on.

Stroke aetiological classification reliability and effect on trial sample size: systematic review, meta-analysis and statistical modelling
Azmil H. Abdul-Rahim,David Alexander Dickie,Johann R Selvarajah,Kennedy R. Lees,Terence J. Quinn +4 more
TL;DR: Stroke aetiological classification systems suffer from inter-observer variability, and the resulting misclassification may limit trial power.
