Liquid crystal sheet thermometer
Endo Hiroyuki,Kenji Hashimoto,Uchida Toshiharu +2 more
- 08 Apr 1991
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors measured the response time when a dipole is inverted in ferroelectric phase from the peak of a polarization inverting current, using data on the temperature and response time.

Positron tomography method and positron-release compound used in the method
- 17 Feb 2006
TL;DR: A positron tomography method for assaying the distribution and degree of integration of positron-release source, a compound represented by formula (I) (R is a 1-6C alkyl group or a halogen atom group having a positron release ability) is used in this article.

Experimental Study of Newly-developed Coating Substance for Cerebral Aneurysms (Urethane Prepolymer)
Sen Yamagata,Haruhiko Kikuchi,Kenji Hashimoto,Takehisa Matsuda,Tetsuo Ito,Hiroo Iwata,Jun Karasawa +6 more
TL;DR: Results indicate the feasibility of reactive polyurethane as a coating material, and microscopic examination showed that the fibrous tissue had infiltrated into the many small holes which were made when it reacted with water on application, resulting in good adhesiveness between the wall of the aneurysm and the polyUREthane.

Liquid crystal blind
Kenji Hashimoto,Yuasa Koyo,Sekiya Takashi +2 more
- 19 Sep 1987
TL;DR: In this paper, a liquid crystal blind with which the quantity of transmitted light can be set as desired and which can be easily made into a large area and reduced in weight by providing a ferroelectric high-polymer liquid crystal molding between two sheets of substrates having polarizing layers and transparent electrode layers and varying the voltage to be impressed.
