TL;DR: The number of cesar deliveries performed with a general anesthetic decreased when regional anesthesia for cesarean delivery was reported to be associated with lower maternal mortality, and data on anesthetic adjunct administration with regional anesthesia provide clinical context for the rates of general anesthesia reported for cesar delivery.

Effect of a placenta accreta spectrum multidisciplinary team and checklist on maternal outcomes for planned hysterectomy at time of cesarean delivery
TL;DR: There was an increase in volume of cases and depth of placental invasion but no change in the demographic characteristics of patients, and evidence suggests that multidisciplinary teams that perform cesarean hysterectomy for placenta accreta spectrum have better maternal outcomes.
