TL;DR: This chapter discusses a solution to the regularized FHT where the pipelined fixed-point multipliers involving the trigonometric coefficients are now replaced by pipelining CORDIC phase rotators which eliminate the need for the trig onometric coefficient memory and lead to the specification of a flexible-precision solution.
