Effect of the cargo lipophilicity on powder micromeritics properties of drug-loaded solid lipid microparticles
Cheng Ma,Wenhao Wang,Zhengwei Huang,Xiaona Chen,Weifen Ye,Kewei Pan,Ruhua Ma,Ke Xue,Shihao Cai,Ying Huang,Xin Pan,Chuanbin Wu +11 more
TL;DR: It is concluded that the SLMs loaded with more lipophilic drug would show better micromeritics properties, and the different interparticle force caused by different drug distribution may explain the phenomenon.

Development of Aggregation-Caused Quenching Probe-Loaded Pressurized Metered-Dose Inhalers with Fluorescence Tracking Potentials
Wenhua Wang,Zhengwei Huang,Zhengwei Huang,Ke Xue,Jiaye Li,Wenhao Wang,Jingyi Ma,Cheng Ma,Xuequn Bai,Ying Huang,Xin Pan,Chuanbin Wu,Chuanbin Wu +12 more
TL;DR: A fluorescent probe named P4 with aggregation-caused quenching (ACQ) effect was loaded in the nanoparticle-based pMDIs to track the in vivo fate, and the results indicated P4-SLN-pMDI was successfully prepared, which ensured the fluorescence property as a credible tool for in vitro fate study.
