Thin film transistor and manufacturing method for the same
Namatame Toshihide,Kazuhito Tsukagoshi,Shinya Aikawa +2 more
- 23 Feb 2017
TL;DR: In this paper, a thin-film transistor where a semiconductor layer can be transformed to an amorphous state is provided. But the semiconductor layers are composed of a composite metal oxide, where a first metal oxide capable of generating an electron carrier by introduction of oxygen deficiency is added, and an additional oxide having oxygen dissociation energy smaller than that of the first metal dioxide is uniformly added to the semiconductors.
Spin-Dependent Nonlocal Quantum Transport Influenced by Gate Voltage in GaAs/AlGaAs Wires
Kazuhito Tsukagoshi,Kenichi Oto,Sadao Takaoka,Kazuo Murase,Yukihiko Takagaki,Kenji Gamo,Susumu Namba +6 more
- 01 Jan 1992
TL;DR: In this article, the influence of the extra probes on normal and non-local Shubnikov-de Haas (SdH) measurement is explained by a decrease in the chemical potentials of the edge states at the extra probe.
Optical Atomic Switch utilizing a Molecular Junction
Risako Hamase,Kanji Homma,Tomoaki Nishino,Satoshi Kaneko,Kazuhito Tsukagoshi +4 more
TL;DR: Researchers develop an optical atomic switch using a molecular junction, leveraging fast switching speed, low energy consumption, and compatibility with quantum information technologies for potential applications in quantum computing and information processing.
Metal atomic contacts under defined environmental conditions
TL;DR: In this article, Kiguti et al. proposed a method to improve the performance of nanophase nano-architechtonics based on the WPI Center for Materials Nano-architechnics (WPI-MANA).
