P. Anthony Akkari,Kristen J. Nowak,Kaye Beckman,K.R. Walker,K.R. Walker,Fred Schachat,Nigel G. Laing +6 more
TL;DR: It is shown that non-mutated actin produced in the BEVS behaves similarly to native actin, as shown by DNase I affinity purification, Western blotting, and consecutive cycles of polymerisation and depolymerisation.

Mutations in the Slow Skeletal Muscle Fiber Myosin Heavy Chain Gene (MYH7) Cause Laing Early-Onset Distal Myopathy (MPD1)
Christopher Meredith,Ralf Herrmann,Cheryl Parry,Khema Liyanage,Danielle E. Dye,Hayley J. Durling,Rachael M. Duff,Kaye Beckman,Marianne de Visser,Maaike M. van der Graaff,Peter Hedera,John K.
