TL;DR: In this article , the authors evaluated anti-SARS-CoV-2 spike antibody in a cohort of patients before and after immunoglobulin infusion, with a median anti-spike antibody titre increased from 2123 to 10600 U/ml post-infusion, with corresponding increase in pseudo-virus neutralisation titres to levels comparable to healthy donors.

TL;DR: Compared to the general population, individuals with PID or SID are at high risk of mortality following SARS-CoV-2 infection and increasing age, low baseline lymphocyte count and the presence of co-morbidities are additional risk factors for poor outcome in this cohort.
