Construction service companies have projects that must be finished and require workers. Failure to manage construction human resources can jeopardize goal achievement, performance, and revenues for construction service companies. The construction industry may encounter issues in the future because of inefficient human resource management. As a result, resource management has emerged as a prominent topic. This study aims to investigate the effect of transformational and transactional leadership on organizational citizenship behavior. This study utilizes a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees from 8 construction companies in Indonesia. Questionnaire data were collected from 120 employees of the construction companies that intended to improve job satisfaction and organizational citizenship behavior. The study initially employed questionnaires to gather data, which were subsequently analyzed using SmartPLS software and structural equation modeling. The findings demonstrated a correlation between employee engagement and both transformational and transactional leadership styles. There is a positive correlation between employees’ job satisfaction and their commitment to volunteer in the community. The study shows that the transformational and transactional leadership style does not significantly affect organizational citizenship behavior.

Does transformational and transactional leadership in Indonesia’s construction sector affect organizational citizenship behavior through job satisfaction?

In this study, the author examined the impact of student leadership practices (SLP) on student loyalty (SL) in public universities in Guangxi. The survey included students from various academic levels, spanning from freshmen to seniors, who were enrolled in 10 public universities located in Nanning, Guangxi. The SmartPLS software was used to perform structural equation modeling analysis. The data were analyzed using a partial least squares structural equation model to explore the relationships between self-efficacy (SE), individualism (IND), collectivism (COL), and affective commitment (AC) variables. The results suggest that the significance of SLP to SL is influenced by SE, COL, IND, and AC. This finding suggests that COL in China has a substantial influence on students' positive behavior, whereas IND has a favorable impact on students' conduct. Moreover, it is important to highlight that SE does not directly influence SL; it indirectly impacts SL through AC. This study emphasizes the importance of academic collaboration in the setting of higher education institutions. 

Learner Leadership and Student Loyalty

The complexity of the duties of nurses providing medical and non-medical services to patients in hospitals make the nurse must work spontaneously and voluntarily and ready to help the interests of the hospital even work beyond formal standards, this behavior is called organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). This study aimed to analyze the direct and indirect effect of transformational leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through the Variable of nurse loyalty. The research population was all medical employees, especially nurses, totaling 75 people and all population units were used as research respondents. Research Variable were measured using a Likert scale with five categories and were collected using a questionnaire distribution. After the data were collected and analyzed with PLS version 21 analysis. From the results of the study it was found that the direct influence of transformational leadership on nurse OCB behavior was lower than the indirect effect, namely the Variable of nurse loyalty. It can be concluded that the RSIA EB must consider the effect of transformational leadership on increasing nurse loyalty, so that the effect on nurse OCB behavior is higher.

Konsep business process reengineering (rekayasa ulang) dari Hammer& Champy menawarkan penyederhanaan proses pelayanan perizinan usaha yang radikal, fundamentaldan dramatis, perubahan dimulai dari akar permasalahan dan membuang jauh kebiasaan-kebiasaanlama. Konsep rekayasa ulang ini berorientasi pada proses, bukan memusatkan perhatian pada tugaspokok dan fungsi. Perizinan usaha yang meliputi : PBB, Izin Reklame, Surat Keterangan Fiskal, SuratKeterangan Racun Api, Izin Gangguan/ HO, Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak (NPWP), Surat Izin UsahaPerdagangan (SIUP) dan Tanda Daftar Perusahaan (TDP), dari semula yang melalui 8 SOP, beberapainstansi dan memakan waktu kurang lebih 18 hari kerja maka setelah dilakukan rekaysa ulangdihasilkan1 SOP, 1 Instansi dan perkiraan waktu 1-3 hari kerja.Kendatipun hambatan dan kendala yang dihadapisangat banyak namun dengan komitmen yang kuat dari top management dan strategi yang tepat,penyederhanaan proses pelayanan izin usaha pada BPT Kota Pekanbaru dengan menggunakankonsep rekayasa ulang tersebut seharusnya dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik.
