Chemotaxonomy of some Paleozoic vascular plants. Part II: Chemical characterization of major plant groups
TL;DR: Chemical data are given for Cooksonia, Rhynia, Zosterophyllum, Pseudosporochnus, Gosslingia, Crenaticaulis, Leclercqia, Tetraxylopteris, Oocampsa, andArchaeopteri, thus extending principal component analysis of multi-state and discrete characters to 27 Paleozoic plant taxa.

Chemotaxonomy of some Paleozoic vascular plants. Part I: Chemical compositions and preliminary cluster analyses
TL;DR: Multivariate analysis of the data results in the clustering of four groups: Botryococcus, Parka, Pachytheca, Spongiophyton, Prototaxites, Nematothallus, Orestovia, andPsilophyton spp.

Organelle preservation and protoplast partitioning in fossil angiosperm leaf tissues
TL;DR: The preferential preservation of plastids in fossil angiosperm tissues is interpreted to be the result of the isolation of part of the plastid population from nuclear control due to microprotoplast formation, which may explain the apparent longevity of nuclei over plasts in other fossil cells where protoplasmic partitioning may be less frequent.

TL;DR: In this article , a global dataset comprising 807 terrestrial plant species was compiled to analyse the stoichiometric scaling of N and P between leaves and fine roots across species, families, plant groups, biomes and locations.
