TL;DR: Rotigotine is a lipid-soluble, non-ergot, D3, D2, D1 dopamine receptor agonist that has demonstrated efficacy as an alternative therapeutic option in both early and advanced Parkinson’s disease and is uniquely formulated as a transdermal patch delivery system allowing for continuous, once-daily administration and better patient compliance.

Paroxysmal Kinesigenic Segmental Myoclonus due to a spinal cord glioma.
TL;DR: An 18‐year‐old man with paroxysmal jerking movements of the left arm since age 7 years is reported, who is subsequently diagnosed with a cervical cord anaplastic astrocytoma on MRI and coined the term Paroxys mal Kinesigenic Segmental Myoclonus to describe this entity.
