Nanohybrid of Carbon Quantum Dots/Molybdenum Phosphide Nanoparticle for Efficient Electrochemical Hydrogen Evolution in Alkaline Medium.
TL;DR: The optimized CQDs/MoP nanohybrid exhibits high-efficiency synergistic catalysis toward HER in 1 M KOH electrolyte with a low onset potential and a small Tafel slope of 56 mV dec-1 as well as high durability with negligible current loss for at least 24 h.

POM-assisted coating of MOF-derived Mo-doped Co3O4 nanoparticles on carbon nanotubes for upgrading oxygen evolution reaction
Kanglong Lu,Kanglong Lu,Tengteng Gu,Tengteng Gu,Linjie Zhang,Zhicheng Wu,Zhicheng Wu,Ruihu Wang,Xiaoju Li +8 more
TL;DR: Mo-Co3O4/CNTs as mentioned in this paper were fabricated through pyrolysis of CNTs-stringed ZIF-67 with the doping of phosphomolybdic acid, which brought out high proportion of Co2+ active sites, large specific surface area, more electrophilic Co ions and favorable interfacial charge transfer.

- 26 Apr 2019
TL;DR: In this paper, a nitrogen-doped porous graphite-like carbon nanosheet with high degree of graphitization from the metal organic framework material is presented. But the preparation of the carbon nanostructures is simple, the production cost is low, the macro preparation is easy to implement and the like, and provides a universal synthetic route for preparing a two-dimensional doped porous carbon material with high level ofgraphitization.
