Effect of crystallization on the band structure and photoelectric property of SrTiO3 sol–gel derived thin film
TL;DR: In this paper, the defect structures of amorphous and crystalline SrTiO3 thin films were analyzed using X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and photoelectric and dielectric properties were measured using electrochemical workstation and LCR meter, respectively.

Electrical characteristics of SrTiO3/Al2O3 laminated film capacitors
TL;DR: In this paper, a new approach was applied to reduce the leakage current and improve the dielectric strength of SrTiO3/Al2O3 laminated films, which can effectively suppress the demerits of pure SiO3 films under low electric field.
