The confidential-type sample collection device comprises a stander, a sample barrel, an automatic unlocking device and an IC (intelligent card) card reading-writing device, wherein a material collection opening is arranged on a material collection workstation of the stander; the sample barrel is arranged in the stander and provided with an IC card, and the sample barrel is provided with a barrel cover and an electronic lock for locking the barrel cover; the automatic unlocking device is provided with an ID (identity) card capable of unlocking the electronic lock, the ID card is arranged on the stander, when the sample barrel is arranged on the material collection workstation, the sample barrel can be contacted with a sensing area of the electronic lock so as to automatically unlock the lock in a sensing manner; the IC card reading-writing device can automatically write an information code of a to-be-collected sample into the IC card so as to realize the informationalized confidential management of the sample. The sample barrel is also used for collecting the sample and can be reused, so that the daily consumable can be reduced; meanwhile, the confidential-type sample collection device is convenient to maintain.
