TL;DR: Lower admission Glasgow Coma Scale, older age, elevated serum acid, and abnormal glucose were associated with increased adverse outcomes and had the most significant impact on ML algorithms, and ML algorithms were stronger than traditional regression models in predicting adverse outcomes.
