Tauc-plot scale and extrapolation effect on bandgap estimation from UV–vis–NIR data – A case study of β-Ga2O3
TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of the Tauc plot scale and bandgap extrapolation technique on estimated optical bandgap values is often not strongly emphasized; however, it is observed that the proper extrapolation method for bandgap estimation is more appropriate as compared to the values obtained from the traditional direct extrapolation.

Effects of thermal treatment on the anodic growth of tungsten oxide films
TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of thermal treatment on anodic growth tungsten oxide (WO3) were investigated and it was shown that the increase of the thermal treatment temperature above 400°C significantly influences WO3 film where high porosity structure reduces to more compact film.
