TL;DR: In this paper , the combination of olaparibibib and durvalumab was evaluated in patients with relapsed small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and the results showed that olapib 300 mg twice daily, as run-in for 4 weeks, then with duravalumab intravenously every 4 weeks until disease progression.
