Bocciolini +28 more
TL;DR: In this article, the WiZard experiment was performed at the U.S. Space Station Freedom as a magnetic spectrometer dedicated to the search of primordial antimatter in the cosmic radiation.
A drift chamber telescope for heavy ion track detection with high spatial resolution
M. Hof,J. Isbert,K. D. Mathis,M. Simon,T. G. Guzik,J. W. Mitchell,J. P. Wefel,H. J. Crawford +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a drift chamber was used to measure the tracks of heavy ions with excellent spatial resolutions using different signal processing techniques, as long as the drift chamber is operated with only moderate charge amplification, in order to eliminate δ-ray effects.
