Does the corporate bond market overvalue bonds of sin companies
TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the relative performance of bonds of sin companies compared to those of non-sin companies and found that sin bonds tend to be overvalued, resulting in sin bonds underperforming their nonsin counterparts.

IPOs: The Third Year On
TL;DR: In this article, the authors find that over the last 90 years of U.S. stock market history, there is at best some weak evidence that significant IPO underperformance has existed only in the first two years after issuance, and for the first time, strong evidence that IPOs actually outperformed from the third year on.
