Laser-writable high-k dielectric for van der Waals nanoelectronics.
Namphung Peimyoo,Matthew D. Barnes,Jake D. Mehew,A. De Sanctis,Iddo Amit,Janire Escolar,K. Anastasiou,A. P. Rooney,Sarah J. Haigh,Saverio Russo,Monica F. Craciun,Freddie Withers +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors demonstrate a method to embed and pattern a multifunctional few-nanometer-thick high-k oxide within various van der Waals devices without degrading the properties of the neighboring two-dimensional materials.

Hysteresis and Photoconductivity of Few‐Layer ReSe2 Field Effect Transistors Enhanced by Air Pressure
Kimberly Intonti,Enver Faella,Loredana Viscardi,Arun Kumar,Ofelia Durante,Filippo Giubileo,Maurizio Passacantando,Hoi Tung Lam,K. Anastasiou,Monica F. Craciun,Saverio Russo,Antonio Di Bartolomeo +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the optoelectronic characterization of few-layer ReSe2field effect transistors at different pressures is presented, and the output curves reveal dominant n-type behavior and a low Schottky barrier at the metal contacts.

Temperature-Dependent Conduction and Photoresponse in Few-Layer ReS2.
Kimberly Intonti,Enver Faella,Loredana Viscardi,Filippo Giubileo,Nadia Martucciello,Hoi Tung Lam,K. Anastasiou,Monica Craciun,Saverio Russo,Antonio Di Bartolomeo +9 more
TL;DR: Temperature-dependent conduction and photoresponse in few-layer ReS2 exhibit a strong dependence on temperature and light power. The photocurrent increases with temperature and exhibits a linear dependence on the incident light power.

Synthesis of mono- and few-layered n-type WSe2 from solid state inorganic precursors
Mauro Och,K. Anastasiou,Ioannis Leontis,Giulia Zemignani,Pawel Palczynski,Ali Mostaed,M. S. Sokolikova,Evgeny M. Alexeev,Haoyu Bai,Alexander I. Tartakovskii,Johannes Lischner,Peter D. Nellist,Saverio Russo,Cecilia Mattevi +13 more
TL;DR: In this article , the synthesis of high-quality n-type monolayered WSe2 flakes using a solid-state precursor for Se, zinc selenide, was demonstrated.
