TL;DR: In this article, the authors report the feature and properties about organic-inorganic hybrid material, "SUNCONNECT®", for photonic integrated circuit, and demonstrate that single-micron core pattern can be fabricated on cladding layer by using UV lithography with proximity gap exposure.
