T‐cell responses to SARS‐CoV‐2 Omicron spike epitopes with mutations after the third booster dose of an inactivated vaccine
TL;DR: It was shown that the T‐cell responses of individuals who underwent booster vaccination with CoronaVac were largely protective against the SARS‐CoV‐2 Omicron spike protein, and only the peptides with the G339D or N440K mutation were detected to significantly destabilize the T-cell response.

Awareness and Use of Post-exposure Prophylaxis for HIV Prevention Among Men Who Have Sex With Men: A Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
Junyan Jin,Runsong Sun,Ting-Ting Mu,Taiyi Jiang,Lili Dai,H. Lu,Xian Long Ren,Jing Chen,Jingrong Ye,Lijun Sun,Hao Wu,Yong Zhang,Huachun Zou,Bing Su +13 more
TL;DR: It is observed that PEP is an underused HIV prevention strategy among MSM and that once MSM become aware of PEP, the majority are willing to use it if they are supported appropriately in terms of a range of individual, social, and structural barriers.

Development and evaluation of a multiplex droplet digital polymerase chain reaction method for simultaneous detection of five biothreat pathogens
Yipu Du,Ziheng Yan,Kai Song,Junyan Jin,Liting Xiao,Zhulin Sun,Yafang Tan,Pingping Zhang,Zongmin Du,Ruifu Yang,Yong Zhao,Yajun Song +11 more
TL;DR: The developed 5-plex ddPCR method is more sensitive than conventional qPCR methods and is potentially suitable for rapidly detecting or screening the five selected bacterial biothreats in suspicious samples.
Dysregulation of memory B cells and circulating T follicular helper cells is a predictor of poor immune recovery in HIV‐infected patients on antiretroviral therapy
Yang Liu,Zhen Li,Xiaofan Lu,Yiqun Kuang,Deshenyue Kong,Xin Zhang,Xiaodong Yang,Xiuwen Wang,Ting-Ting Mu,Hu Wang,Yihang Zhang,Junyan Jin,Wei Xia,Hao Wu,Yong Zhang,Christiane Moog,Bing Su +16 more
TL;DR: In this article , the impact of Tfh and memory B cell function on T helper cell recovery in patients with acute or chronic HIV infection was determined. But their association with immune reconstitution during antiretroviral therapy was still unclear.

Weak SARS-CoV-2-specific responses of TIGIT-expressing CD8+ T cells in people living with HIV after a third dose of a SARS-CoV-2 inactivated vaccine.
Junyan Jin,Xiuwen Wang,Yongzhen Li,Xiaodong Yang,Hu Wang,Xiaoxu Han,Jin Sun,Zhenglai Ma,Junyi Duan,Guanghui Zhang,Tao Huang,Tong Zhang,Xin Zhang,Bin Su +13 more
TL;DR: TIGIT expression on CD8+ T cells may hinder the T-cell immune response to a booster dose of an inactivated SARS-CoV-2 vaccine, suggesting weakened resistance to SARS-CoV-2 infection, especially in PLWH.
